Room was clean and reasonably priced! ! Breakfast buffet offered generous choices and friendly staff.

The location offered easy access to local attractions, and the room service provided enjoyable meals, particularly the focaccia bread. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by unhelpful staff and a significant wait time for the non-functioning elevator. the lack of cleanliness, such as unwashed air conditioning filters and inadequate towels for our family, further detracted from our stay.

The rooftop pool offers stunning views, making it a prime spot for relaxation after a long day. The buffet selection is impressive, featuring a variety of options from continental to Bengali cuisines, and I particularly enjoyed the rare tea varieties like Arjun and Amloki Tea during breakfast.
I had some initial trouble with the room I was given. it didn’t meet expectations, but they quickly resolved the issue by showing me better options. The bathroom could use a bit of work. it felt rather outdated and didn’t quite match the rest of the amenities offered in the room.
